How can we help?

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your votes, profile, friends, and Pro status are removed. This works on both the web app and the iPhone app.
How do I export my data?
In the app: Settings → Export my data. You'll get a machine-readable file with everything we store about your account.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro is a monthly subscription handled by Stripe. Manage or cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Why can't I see how my friends voted?
Everything is anonymous by default. Friend-visible votes are opt-in for both sides: you can turn it on in Settings, and you'll only ever see votes from friends who did the same.
